Annemarie Federlein joined the mortgage industry in 2003. Over the course of her career, she has worked in all facets of the industry, including processing, underwriting, and management, before becoming a loan officer in 2017. Her widespread experience gives her a holistic view of the mortgage process, as she offers clients a sense of familiarity in every step of obtaining a loan. 

Annemarie has received awards recognizing her as Top Closer while working as a processor, and received a Best Department award while working in a management position. 

“I tell all my clients that one thing I promise to provide them is transparency and customer service,” Annemarie says. “Seeing as I did work in so many facets in this industry, my vast knowledge really comes into play when structuring an application.” 

Outside of work, Annemarie is the proud mother of three children and spends her spare time with her family. She enjoys watching her children play a variety of sports and creating memories with them by visiting new places and enjoying new experiences together.
